This is regarding a business to business relationship with Seafolly Australia.After opening an account with them and planning to feature their swimwear on our new website, they not only failed to follow through in a timely manner but they then shipped the wrong items (more than half were missing as well) and would not let me return the shipment.
This occurred in spite of their legal terms that allows for returns. They were dishonest and negligent all along the way and then they abruptly closed my account.
I have been in business for 14 years and I have never had any problem with a vendor. My relationships have been excellent.
Never have I been treated so disrespectfully, dishonestly, and ineptly as I tried so hard to work through this with them.Goodbye Seafolly.......
